Wholesale Terms

Pricing

Most products wholesale at 50% of retail. Unpotted loose eyeshadow is priced at $5/gram. No hidden fees or minimums per SKU.

Minimum Order

$200 minimum on first orders. $100 on reorders. Unpotted eyeshadow has a separate MOQ of 10g per color.

Payment

New accounts require payment in full upfront. Established accounts have flexible options: pay in full, half upfront and half on delivery, or monthly payment plans. Custom packaging orders always require full payment upfront regardless of account status.

Turnaround

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Custom or large orders may need additional lead time — I'll let you know upfront.

Packaging

All products ship in standard Pigmenteer packaging unless otherwise noted. The only exception is unpotted loose eyeshadow, which ships without a pot or label by design. Custom packaging is available but is not included in wholesale pricing, requires full upfront payment, and has a longer turnaround of 1–3 months.

Display Support

Custom-made Pigmenteer display units available at cost — reach out for current pricing and available styles.

What Makes These Products Different

  • A range of pigment finishes that each do something visually distinct — color shift under different light, UV glow, vibrancy shift, metallic depth, and more. Customers can tell immediately that these aren't standard cosmetic pigments
  • The eyeshadow line uses a preservative-free, four-ingredient base — easy to explain, easy to sell to customers with sensitive eyes or skin concerns
  • 100+ colors across cosmetics and art supplies — one brand can fill a beauty section and an art section
  • Small-batch and locally made in Sacramento — a selling point customers actually respond to
  • Acrylic paint line specifically formulated for miniature painters and detailed acrylic work — a gap most shops have no good answer for
  • Every formula developed from scratch to be the best version of that product — not stock bases
  • Price points that work: entry products at $5–$12, premium items at $18–$50
  • Flexible payment terms for established accounts — monthly plans and split payments available

FAQ

Production capacity runs roughly 100–500 units per day depending on the formula. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. One exception: watercolor paints require 3–7 days of curing time if a fresh batch needs to be made, so factor that in for large watercolor orders. If an order exceeds normal capacity, I can bring in additional help or expedite materials to get it done — or we can agree on an extended handling window. I'll always communicate lead time before you commit.

All returns require return shipping. Here's how each situation is handled:

  • Wrong items, defective product, or damage from my end: replaced at no cost to you.
  • Damaged in shipping: store credit issued upon return.
  • Ordered the wrong thing: return unopened and undamaged for store credit.
  • Opened or used product: not eligible for return.

Anywhere — in-store, online, markets, Amazon, your own events. The only requirement is that you don't present the products as your own original formula or misrepresent their origin. Retail pricing is strongly recommended, but you're free to discount for sales or larger customer orders as you see fit.

Not every pigment is available in every formula — this comes down to safety, packaging compatibility, and formula accuracy. For example, neon pigments are not eye-safe and are only available in nail polish. Every order is reviewed for proper pigment and formula combinations before payment is accepted, so you won't accidentally end up with an incompatible product. If you're ever unsure whether a specific color is available in a specific format, just ask before ordering.

Once your account is set up, you'll receive a Google Sheet order form to track and submit reorders. When you're ready to restock, email me an updated version of your sheet. As for timing: reorder frequency depends on how quickly your stock moves, but a good general rule is to reorder before you hit 50% on any given product. Running out completely and waiting on a fresh order is avoidable with a little lead time.

Yes — exclusivity is available for custom colors and custom fragrances. It's not available for colors or scents already in the main collection, since those are available to all retailers. Exclusive custom items are protected within a 20-mile radius and carry a $20/month fee per exclusive item to cover the cost of keeping dedicated stock in the workshop. This is a real draw for customers who want something genuinely unique to your shop.

Wholesale accounts are approved at my discretion. I reserve the right to decline any application, including — but not limited to — resellers or flippers intending to relist product on third-party platforms at inflated prices, businesses that sell counterfeit or knockoff beauty products, accounts that are unlikely to meet the order minimums consistently, and drop-shipping arrangements where fulfillment is expected on a per-order basis. If you're a legitimate retailer looking to carry the line, you're unlikely to run into any of this.
