Return Policy

Thank you for shopping and supporting small businesses! I want you to love your purchase and am happy to help if something is not right. Here is how my return policy works:

 

Eligibility

You can return most products within 30 days of delivery. All items should be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact. Nail polish, powder eyeshadow, acrylic paint vials, and watercolor products must not be opened or used for a return to qualify.

How to Return

Contact me to begin your return. I will provide a return authorization along with instructions for sending your items back.

Refunds

Once I receive your returned items, I  will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to my error.

Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange a product, let me know when initiating your return. I will guide you through the exchange process.

Damaged or Incorrect Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify me within 48 hours of delivery. I will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund according to your preference.
